01.1Management systems
Designing and maturing the management systems — safety, quality, security, integrated — that operators in regulated industries are required to maintain. Built to satisfy the regulator, and to run in practice.
Most engagements begin with a discovery: a structured assessment of the system as it currently is, against the system the operator's regulatory environment requires it to be. The output is a roadmap to defensible compliance and a working system, not one or the other.
01.2Risk and assurance
Independent risk and assurance work for management systems, projects, and programmes. Conducted to recognised standards. Written for decision-makers. Defensible under scrutiny.
We do not staff this work with juniors and oversee from a distance. The partner who signs the report did the work.
01.3Human performance
The discipline that turns systems into reliable behaviour. We advise on training systems, competency frameworks, fatigue and error management, and the leadership conditions that make safe work the path of least resistance.
01.4What we will not do
We do not undertake delivery work that depends on assurance findings we have written. We do not accept engagements where we cannot do the work well. Selectivity is the discipline.
